Kyle successfully leads multidisciplinary projects of all sizes throughout B.C. for the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.

Andreas has over a decade of experience in construction management, construction engineering, and Ministry representation. As an adaptable leader, he excels in coordinating staff and resources, delivering constructability enhancements, implementing cost-effective field design changes, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Mike brings over 25 years of experience in bridge design, construction, inspection, repairs, and rehabilitation projects. His sought-after skillsets and expertise span project management, detailed design and inspections, maintenance, renewal, and repair strategies, asset management programs, and heading up bridge inspection and deck testing crews.

Laurie brings over four decades of experience in structural engineering design and construction, specializing in bridges and other transportation structures. His experience covers a wide assortment of projects, including tunnels, wildlife structures, large sign structures, retaining walls, and large culverts.

Lindsay brings over 15 years of experience in developing communication and engagement strategies, specializing in leading regional engagement with Indigenous groups in B.C.

Max is a seasoned Bridge Construction Supervisor with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the field. Throughout his career, he has meticulously overseen the construction of more than 125 bridge structures, contributing significantly to the infrastructure landscape.

Cristina brings over 12 years of experience in the technical consulting industry. She specializes in helping engineers, project managers, and construction managers to develop marketing, communications, and recruitment strategies that attract their ideal clients and top talent.
