On September 5, 2025 we are raising a virtual toast to Elevation Technical Services as we celebrate our third birthday!

From day one, our mission has been clear: deliver inspired solutions and elevated results across B.C.’s transportation landscape. And wow—what a journey it’s been growing from a small core group to over 40 staff!

Over the past three years, our team has proudly contributed to some of the province’s most impactful infrastructure projects, including:

  • Fraser Valley Highway 1 Corridor Improvements – providing project management and community relations support and guidance through design and construction phases
  • Highway 91/17 Upgrade Project – leading delivery of major interchange upgrades to improve traffic flow and safety
  • Kicking Horse Canyon Phase 4 – supporting one of B.C.’s most complex highway upgrades with project management focused on safety, cost-efficiency, and community impact
  • Silver Skagit Flood Recovery Program – managing construction across 12 flood-damaged sites, from culvert replacements to environmental restoration
  • Watkins Creek Culvert Replacement – supervising a full rebuild with improved drainage and slope protection
  • Highway 97 North Beach Slide – supporting emergency response and slope stabilization after a major rockfall
  • Delta 78 Street Overpass Project – Providing oversight, inspections, and collaborative support to ensure municipal and ALC commitments are met while facilitating the smooth acceptance and long-term operation of assets for the City of Delta
  • Peers Creek Frontage Road Washout Recovery – managing full road reconstruction and riprap armouring after flood damage
  • Skaha Hills Intersection Improvements – supporting Indigenous engagement through the construction phase
  • Youngsberg Bridge Replacement – Construction supervision of a structure washed out from the November 2021 atmospheric river
  • Snass Creek Bridge Replacement – Construction supervision of a replacement structure on highway 3 inside Manning Provincial Park
  • Hydro Hill Slope Stability Project– Construction supervision of a slope stability project on an important transportation link to the Pacific rim communities on Highway 4
  • Tank Hill Alliance – HWY 1 Recovery Program– Providing Ministry representation in the Alliance team for the reconstruction of critical infrastructure on HWY 1 damaged by the November 2021 atmospheric river
  • HWY 5 Alliance – HWY 5 Recovery Program – Providing Ministry representation in the Alliance team for the reconstruction of critical infrastructure on HWY 5 damaged by the November 2021 atmospheric river
  • Value Engineering Studies & Analysis – Constructability and Engineering Specialists Supporting Multiple Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects Across British Columbia
