Elevation is pleased to welcome Yuriy Hlukh as a Professional Engineer specializing in civil infrastructure. With 18 years of experience, he has led major provincial highway projects, overseeing design, contract preparation, and construction administration.

A graduate of the University of Manitoba’s Engineering program, Yuriy also holds a Civil Engineering Technology diploma from Red River College and a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Ukraine’s National Technical University of Oil and Gas.

In British Columbia, he has provided construction supervision for roadway and bridge projects with the Ministry of Transportation and Transit (MoTT). A recent challenging project involved the construction of precast concrete box beam bridge incorporating Geosynthetic Reinforced Soil-Integrated Bridge System abutments - a pilot project for MoTT.

Yuriy is excited to join Elevation, drawn to its opportunities for growth and collaborative environment. He finds fulfillment in seeing his designs come to life and the positive impact they have on communities.
