Elevation Technical Services is pleased to welcome Todd Boychuk as our new Senior Advisor, Indigenous and Community Relations.

Todd brings more than 25 years of experience in regulatory compliance, environmental protection, and Indigenous relations, including over a decade in senior leadership roles. His career reflects a deep commitment to building respectful, authentic partnerships and advancing responsible project development.

Throughout his career, Todd has contributed to major initiatives across government, industry, and Indigenous organizations, including:

  • Woodfibre LNG – Leading Indigenous relations initiatives such as IBA implementation, socio‑economic reporting, and cultural training.
  • K'ómoks First Nation – Serving as Director and key member of the Treaty Team, negotiating IBAs and CMAs, and guiding the Guardian program.
  • Environment & Climate Change Canada – Managing regional environmental protection programs, developing national operations policies, and overseeing complex investigations.
  • Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada (Yukon) – Gaining early experience in resource management and northern operations.

Todd joins Elevation excited to support meaningful “reconcil‑action,” helping advance agreements that position Nations as true partners while ensuring environmental and cultural values remain central to project success. His passion for this work aligns strongly with Elevation’s commitment to technical excellence and collaborative, community‑driven outcomes.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys spending time outdoors on the BC landscape as well as exploring areas of natural beauty wherever they are found.
