Elevation Technical Services is excited to welcome Min Kim, to the team as our newest EIT/Survey Technician.

With four years of experience in surveying and a Civil Engineering degree from UBC, Min brings a strong technical foundation and hands-on field expertise to the role. His background includes work on high‑rise residential developments, municipal infrastructure, and public facility projects, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how precise survey data drives successful engineering and construction outcomes.

Min shared that what motivates him most is the diversity of the work:

“I enjoy working in the field, collecting and interpreting real-world data, and seeing how that information is used to support engineering and design.”

He’s particularly excited to expand his knowledge in bridge engineering, learn new technologies, and grow alongside Elevation’s experienced team.
