Elevation is pleased to welcome Keith Aviss to our team. Keith is a Senior Highway Design Technician with over 40 years of experience in BC’s transportation sector. After graduating college, he began his career with the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, contributing to major projects like the Trans-Canada Highway, Coquihalla, Sea to Sky, Island Highway, and Port Mann Bridge replacement.

Now with Elevation, Keith is excited to return to the design work he’s always enjoyed—creating safer, lasting roadways that serve communities for generations. He’s known for delivering high-quality designs within budget and takes pride in seeing his work built across the province.

Outside of engineering, Keith is a passionate musician with over five decades of experience in guitar and vocals. He performs locally in Kamloops and enjoys time with his wife, children, and five grandchildren.
