Elevation is pleased to welcome Kate Morford as our new Community and Indigenous Relations Advisor.

We’re thrilled to have Kate bring her six years of experience across fundraising, sales, marketing, Indigenous relations and community relations to our growing team. With a MSc in International Business from Ivey, a BA (Honours) from Queen’s University in Global Development Studies, and a Project Management Professional certification, she adds both depth and versatility to our organization.

Kate’s career highlights speak to her drive and leadership. She participated in a young leader's program that took her across the U.S. to help solve business‑unit challenges, and she also designed and implemented a comprehensive professional development program. In addition, she previously served as a sessional faculty member at Thompson Rivers University.

When asked why she chose Elevation, Kate shared that she’s energized by the opportunities for growth and collaboration at Elevation. “The leadership team encourages and supports individuals in bringing new ideas to the table. It's exciting to be able to use skills from my diverse background to support teams and projects.”

Her favourite part so far? The people - a sentiment we love to hear. She’s also enjoying the meaningful, fast‑paced work where no two days are the same.
