We’re thrilled to welcome Cait Walinga to the team as our new Project Manager.

Cait brings extensive experience coordinating complex construction projects in the Kamloops area. Most recently, she contributed to major mining operations at Highland Valley Copper, where she was instrumental in project scheduling, charter creation, execution plans, budget tracking, and contractor management.

With six years in project coordination and management, a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from Project Management Institute, and an advanced diploma in business management, Cait is ready to make an impact. “My favorite part about being a PM is building relationships with others. I like working with people, getting to know them, and creating a good rapport so the work feels lighter and more connected.”

Outside of work, Cait is an adventurer at heart: “I’m always seeking my next challenge—whether it’s reaching mountain summits, embarking on multi-day traverses, or exploring remote alpine glaciers”

With her keen eye for detail, proactive problem-solving, and dedication to teamwork, Cait will be a tremendous asset to our project delivery efforts.
