Elevation Technical Services is pleased to welcome Brad Lively, P. Eng as our new Associate Director.

Brad is a Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in engineering, project delivery, business ownership, leadership, and community engagement. Based in Kamloops, BC, he has supported clients and projects across Canada and has helped foster Indigenous partnerships that create sustainable value for communities, organizations, and industry partners nationwide.

His experience spans the Infrastructure, Mining, Energy, and Forestry sectors, where he has led multidisciplinary teams in engineering, geomatics, reality capture, construction services, and project management. Brad has also championed learning and development initiatives, employee engagement programs, and team‑building strategies that help individuals and organizations realize their full potential.  

Known for his practical approach, strong business acumen, and people‑first leadership style, he has built a reputation for bridging technical excellence with practical delivery. He helps teams and clients navigate complex challenges and achieve meaningful results.

At Elevation, Brad will focus on driving operational excellence, supporting sustainable growth, and expanding our impact across the markets and communities we serve.
