Elevation Technical Services is building a high-performing Construction Management and Contract Administration team to support a major grading and earthworks infrastructure project in Alberta.

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Control Specialist to represent the Owner’s interests, ensuring high-quality delivery, contract compliance, and efficient project execution.

Note: Valid Class 5 driver's license and personal vehicle required for specific on-site roles.

Does your resume include:

Education:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management

Experience:

• 5–10 years in infrastructure cost control or quantity surveying
• Experience with grading and civil construction cost tracking

Skills:

• Cost estimation and forecasting
• Progress measurement and reporting
• Budget tracking and financial controls

Compensation:

• $90,000 – $130,000 annually
